PeakCollection.S_ii_on_grid(plasma_state: PlasmaState)

For py:class:jaxrts.models.IonFeatModel that internally calculate S_ii a k-grid independently of the probe setup (e.g. HNC-based models) this method should return (k_grid, S_ab_grid). Such models should advertise :py:attr:`~.supports_S_ii_grid as False. This allows for BornMermin type models to not re-run the full HNC loops on every point of the integration for the collision frequency, and gives users quick access to S_ii(k).
