This is the result from Wünsch [Wünsch, 2011], to calculate the Rayleigh weight for a plasma from multiple species.

The sum runs over all pairs of atoms \(a\) and :math`b`.
\(x\) is the number fraction of the ion species \(a\), and \(b\), respectively.
\(f_x\) are the form factors, based on the plasma_state’s
'form-factors'model.\(q_x\) describe the screening by free electrons, which can be set via the plasma_state’s
'screening'model.\(S_{ab}\) is the static ion-ion structure factor, which has to be provided by the
S_ii()method.
