jaxrts.plasmastate.PlasmaState.probe

PlasmaState.probe(setup: Setup) → Quantity

Function to generate a spectrum by combining the :py:class:~.PlasmaState` (and the connected Models therein) with a jaxrts.setup.Setup.

This function evaluates the contributions to the Chihara decomposition [Chihara, 2000, Gregori et al., 2003] and summs them up.

Parameters:

setup (Setup) – Contains the information about the geometry of the experiment.
