Returns the frequency redistribution correction.

\[\left(\frac{\omega_\text{out}}{\omega_\text{in}}\right)^\nu\]

where \(\nu\) is frc_exponent. Will return an array of ones if frc_exponent ==0, i.e., this setup will produce dynamic structure factors. Otherwise, this correction yields the correction to have outputs proportional to the adequate differential cross-sections for single-photon counting measurements (frc_exponent ==1), or measurements proportional to the energy deposited (frc_exponent ==2).
